The staff were professional from start to finish. A free drink bar was provided. One of the standout features is the free laundry; detergent is sold for 50 yen but you can otherwise wash your clothes and dry them without dropping even a single 100-yen coin. Both machines have customisable settings; the drier can be set to run in 5-minute increments. The hotel is located close to Kita Senju Station with JR and subway access. A number of convenience stores and affordable restaurants with long opening hours are in the immediate vicinity.

Rooms are small but nice. Excellent staff who go out of their way for you. Good breakfast buffet which is optional. Great location about a block from large 9 floor mall and subway. Mall has many restaurants, which are all excellent.

Large, varied, well-cooked and presented breakfast. Both traditional Japanese and Western dishes provided. The drinks selection was excellent, which included teas, coffees, soft drinks, and juices.

Location, staff, cleanliness, very helpful.

Very friendly people at the hotel. Eco friendly as a good collection of toiletries was available at the lobby and was not simply stuffed in each room. Free drinks (coffee and softdrinks) in the lounge area.
